  • Peter Lemaire graduated from Jim Cole's laboratory with a Ph.D. thesis entitled "Biochemical and Biophysical Characterization of Human Protein Kinase R." He is now working as a Research Investigator at Bristol-Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ where he is applying his skills in the discovery of small molecule drugs and protein therapeutics.
  • Bill Matusek graduated from Andrei Alexandrescu's laboratory with a Ph.D. thesis entitled "NMR Studies of Folding Hierarchies and the Role of Electrostatics in Protein Folding." He is now pursuing post-doctoral research on NMR of membrane proteins at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
  • Congratulations to Emma Watson who was awarded an undergraduate summer fellowship by the Parkinson's Disease Foundation for work on NMR of alpha- synuclein with the Alexandrescu lab.
